1st Annual Pickleball Tournament!

Live United, Play United, Give United. The Shawano Area United Way is pleased to announce its first annual Pickleball Tournament! Join us for friendly competition, experience the pickleball sensation sweeping the Midwest, and help support your local United Way! Event Details:

Date: Thursday, June 5th with June 12th as a rain date.
Time: 8am - 4pm
Location: Kuckuk Park and Arlington Park Courts in Shawano with the main festivities at Kuckuk!
Registration: $50/person (includes a 3-game minimum and lunch ticket)

All skill levels are encouraged! For ages 15 and up with 2 person teams. The lineup of the tournament will be determined and sent out 1 week in advance.

Prizes:

Overall winners - The Big Dill (1st) - $100 Chamber Bucks
Last Place - The Midget Gherkin - $50 Chamber Bucks
Best Dressed Team - Special Door Prize

Additional Details:

Spectators are welcome to attend and encouraged to cheer on the participants! The event will have food trucks, a cash beer truck, and raffles featuring prizes from local businesses! Seating available, but it's a park so please feel free to bring your own lawn chair as well! Afterwards, join us at Franklin Park for Music in the Park!
